1 Room Cottage for rent for 1 person only. This unit is only about a 12x12 foot cottage. Simple living for someone who doesn't have a lot of stuff. Microwave, fridge, dresser, twin bed and chair are included as needed. Water is included. Power is included, but must be turned off when you aren't home. There is no stove or oven, but you can bring a hot plate or toaster oven. Laundry must be done at the laundromat up the street. You can get your own cable if you want it. Standard application approval is required. Minimum 6 month lease is required. $250 Security Deposit and first month rent is required. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED.
